Set in mature woodlands, the shooting ground at Westlands is CPSA registered.

Pathways have been laid down to all the shooting positions (which have concrete bases). We have Skeet, Down the Line (DTL) and Sporting. All the 12 sporting stands, one of which is elevated, run with a clay mate controller. This enables a shooter to go and practice on his own as it can run a delay from the handset. The DTL has an acoustic release system run through the clay mate, the skeet is again on a clay mate hand set.

We also have two hydraulic towers. One is approximately 70 ft and has two traps fitted,the other is around 55 ft with one trap fitted. In total there are 28 automatic traps on the ground.
